30ml R2G Spiced
2 Twinings Peach & Orange tea bags
Cup of water
Squeeze of lime juice
1tsp Dunns River Jamaican Hot Sauce (available in any supermarket)
Ice
Fresh red Chilli and sprig of rosemary
Bring tea bags and water to the boil and leave to draw for 15 minutes
When cool add all the other ingredients and pour over ice, garnish with sprig of rosemary and 1 red chilli.
