20ml R2G Spiced
15ml lemon juice
90ml cloudy apple juice
30ml white rum
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Add a little crushed ice and a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream to a glass. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over, garnish with a slice of apple and stick of cinnamon
